Bayblend® (trade name of Covestro, formerly Bayer MaterialScience) is a polymer blend made from polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). Bayblend® is characterized by high impact strength and notched impact strength with high rigidity, good fuel resistance and dimensional stability. Bayblend® has good toughness even at low temperatures and can therefore be processed without any Problems.
Bayblend® is mainly offered unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant.
